HALAL BASED-QUALITY MANAGEMENT - HALAL ASSURANCE SYSTEM

Ahmad Sahir Jais is an educator in Politeknik Malaysia and has been lecturing for more than 18 years in the areas of food service, culinary, gastronomy and Halal. Currently attached as a faculty member at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Politeknik Merlimau Melaka. Recognized by the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) Malaysia as a Professional Halal Trainer and Halal Internal Auditor since 2010, Ahmad Sahir is also a certified Halal Executives and Internal Halal Auditor under the JAKIM's Halal Professional Board (HPB). 


Currently active as the Principal Consultant for HASJ Consultancy, conducting research on Halal-related Quality Management Systems (QMS). He is also known for publishing on the topics of Halal Management Systems, Halal Internal Auditing, Muslim-Friendly Hospitality and Shariah Compliance Hospitality related content.
